1. Who we are

OpStacks (“OpStacks,” “we,” “us”) operates opstacks.net and sells digital IT-operations products, including RemedyOps, ClarityOps, the Azure Arc Onboarding Pack (Windows and Linux), the Azure Arc Onboarding Script Guide, the Azure Arc Onboarding Checklist, and the AZ-104, Security+ and AWS Solutions Architect Study Planners. 2. Using this site

Articles and free resources are provided for general informational purposes. They are not a substitute for professional advice specific to your environment. Test changes before applying them to production systems.

3. Purchases

Products are sold and delivered through third-party platforms (Gumroad and Etsy). Your purchase is also subject to that platform’s terms. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

4. Licenses

Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product as described on its product page (for example, single-organization use, multi-client use for MSP tiers, or personal use for printables). You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the products or their source files.

5. All sales final

Because products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. See our Refund Policy.

6. No warranty

Products and content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for how you use scripts, templates and guidance in your environment.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpStacks is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
