All sales are final

OpStacks products are digital downloads (templates, scripts, web apps and printable PDFs) delivered instantly after purchase. Because a digital file can’t be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Before you buy

Every product page lists what’s included, who it’s for, format and compatibility. If anything is unclear, email opstacks@outlook.com before purchasing and we’ll answer your question.

Delivery problems

If your download link doesn’t work or a file is missing or corrupted, contact us with your Gumroad or Etsy receipt email and we’ll make sure you receive a working copy.

Where you bought it

Purchases are processed by Gumroad (RemedyOps, ClarityOps, Azure Arc Onboarding Pack for Windows and Linux, Azure Arc Onboarding Script Guide, and Azure Arc Onboarding Checklist) and Etsy (AZ-104, Security+ and AWS Solutions Architect Study Planners). Their platform policies also apply to your order.
