Most IT content is written by vendors who want you to buy a platform, or by people who haven’t touched a production server in years. The result is advice that sounds right and falls apart in a real environment with real change windows.
Everything here comes out of actual work: remediation backlogs that had to be proven to auditors, servers that had to be onboarded to Azure Arc behind a proxy, reports that had to make sense to a client who doesn’t speak CVE. When something worked, I wrote it down. When I kept rebuilding the same thing, I turned it into a product.
